grilling stations. It is adjacent to tennis courts, a childrens playground, basketball court,
shuffleboard courts an indoor recreation center with a large indoor heated pool, hot tub,
mens /womens locker rooms with dry saunas and a fitness center equipped with machines and free
weights. The condo is equipped with all appliances (microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee
maker, toaster) and is ready for your comfortable and cozy beach get away. Bed sizes include 1
queen, 1 double and 2 twins.

off the beach. You're within an easy walk/bike ride to the Fort Fisher Historic Site, North
Carolina Aquarium, Kure Beach Fishing Pier or a ferry waiting to float you to historic Southport.
Spend the day just relaxing, surf fishing or exploring the only natural coquina outcropping of rock
on the coast of North Carolina where you can find a variety of marine life and which makes an
excellent backdrop for memorable family photos. These rocks are home to a variety of marine life
such as starfish, whelks and sand dollars. If you enjoy surf fishing, the local fisherman claim
this section of beach to be the best on the island. Historic downtown Wilmington is only 20 minutes
away where you can visit a variety of places including antique shops, fantastic seafood restaurants,
eclectic boutiques, specialty museums, botanical gardens and historic mansions. Other local
activities include, scuba diving off shore wrecks teeming with marine life, deep sea fishing,
golfing, tennis, state parks. If you prefer to venture further, Myrtle Beach is only a 90-minute
