remodeled with granite counters, a dry bar, and fireplace.
Fresh paint, new furnishings, and a personal decorative touch will
make you feel right at home. This 800 square foot condo affords you
privacy with a separate doors to your double balcony, exiting from the
bedroom, as well as the living room. The bedroom has a TV, and an inviting queen
size bed. The living room adorns a double size futon for
additional guests. There is also a TV and DVD in the
living room with movies for your continuous enjoyment. The
kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining essentials for a
family meal or a romantic, candlelit dinner. The supply closet boasts
all of your needs for fun in the sun and gaming after hours!
Everything you need for the beach is at your fingertips.

North Coast Village is a unique and seldom found treasure for a beach
vacation in southern California. Not only are you steps from one of
San Diego's largest and cleanest beaches, but you are surrounded in
this tropical paradise with activities that will bring you hours of
pleasure and relaxation. There are two swimming pools, jacuzzis, a
full service gym with free weights, dry mem and women's saunas, a
recreation room with pool tables, foosball, and game tables, ping pong
tables, Koi ponds, waterfalls, and even a putting green. All necessary
sporting and gaming equipment is provided for you in our beach condo.
Rest well and feel secure in our gated community with 24 hour security
guards and private garage parking.

If the complex amenities don't fill your hours, then you have landed
in the perfect location for the ideal southern California vacation! We
are centrally located between all of San Diego's and Orange County's
major attractions: SeaWorld, the famous San Diego Zoo, Legoland,
Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Del Mar Racetrack, Torry Pines Golf
course, Petco Park, and many, many more. The Metro Link, Coaster, and
Amtrak station is located within walking distance from the complex.
The Metro Link travels north from Oceanside to Los Angeles and the
Coaster runs from Oceanside south to San Diego. Amtrak has many trains
traveling north and south daily.The Oceanside Harbor is a short walk
from the complex and offers an array of restaurants from fine seafood
dining to pizza grottos. Many of the restaurants offer Happy-Hour
specials and nightly entertainment. Shopping is also available at the
Oceanside Harbor with many specialty shops ranging from souvenirs to
beach attire. Jet ski rentals and fishing excusions are also available
at the Oceanside Harbor.

Currently seeking long-term renter(s) beginning on September 1, 2013. Requires a 1 year lease. Rental fee is $1600 without utilities included or $1750 with utilities included (electric, telephone, wireless Internet). Refundable security deposit of $800, plus references required for long term rental.

Off season (September 1 - May 31):
Nightly - minimum of 3 nights, $100 per night
Weekly - $600 per week
Monthly - $1500 per month
High Season (June 1 - August 31):
Weekly - $900 per week
Monthly - $3400 per month
Nightly - only if available to fill vacancies, $180 per night
A refundable security deposit of $400, 30 days in advance on all
rentals is required. The deposit will be returned immediately upon
vacating after a brief inspection or within 30 days of vacating if
more convenient for the tenant.
There is a $50 nonrefundable cleaning fee with all summer
rentals, and weekly, nightly rentals.
