Quiet, comfortable, private, and secure. Less than five minutes from the 2 and 5 freeways (Fletcher entrance), 10 minutes from downtown LA, 15 from Hollywood.

known as an eclectic gathering of the creative class. Silver Lake is
known for its bohemian vibe, mix of class levels, and neighborhood
feel. Silver Lake contains some of the most famous modernist
architecture in the United States.
The rental's neighborhood has shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. within 5
minutes walk.
Griffith Park is a short drive, with its zoo, observatory/planeterium,
museums, concert hall, horseback riding, etc. Southern California
attractions are freeway close.
