Vacation Rental Description

Our dockside home is set in the Green Turtle Village of the Coronado 
Cays, a waterfront resort community in Coronado.  Our home was built 5 
years ago by an amazing architect with the ability to infuse natural 
light throughout the entire house.  This south facing home sits right 
on the water with it's own private dock with space for two 50 ft. 
boats. Our downstairs is one huge great room with a large beautiful 
kitchen that face the floor to ceiling windows looking out on the 
water.  The second floor boasts 3 large bedroom suites of which the 
master runs the width of the house, again with floor to ceiling 
windows including a balcony.  There is also a playroom/family room 
upstairs.  Take the elevator to the third floor and walk out to the 
roof top deck with views far and wide, a barbecue, fridge, sink,  
patio table and chairs and outdoor speakers playing your music from 
the downstairs great room.  The kayak and  4 man Escape Rumba sailboat 
are yours to enjoy during your stay.

Activities and Attractions

You will love just walking out to your private dock and taking off for 
a little jaunt in your boat for the afternoon.  Then coming home and 
jumping off the dock for a little swim to cool you off.  Silver Strand 
beach is just across the street.  You will love waking up in the 
morning and taking a stroll down  to what is practically a private 
beach in the morning and early evenings.  Is there any need to 
leave???    But if you do there is the Loews Coronado Beach Hotel just 
a short walk away for fine dining and entertainment.  Then there is 
the strand for any biking you might want to do.  Take a stroll in 
Coronado, catch the band in Spreckels Park on Sunday night.  Does it 
get any better than this??  And of course there is San Diego with the 
Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, Sea World, Legoland, Old Town, 
Gaslamp District.... sailing, tennis, golf, etc.  all nearby.
