Oceanfront Duplex - 14 Gloucester Ave. in Harvey Cedars

This oceanfront duplex is located in a quiet residential area of Harvey Cedars in a family friendly area. This duplex is great for single or multi family rentals. It is in walking distance of Sunset Bay Park which offers beautiful views and a full playground, basketball courts and a baseball field. Surf fishing is permitted on the beaches outside of the guarded beach flags. Since the island is located farther out to sea than other shore points, the surfing is great and the duplex is located right next to the surfer friendly beach (Hudson Avenue).

Each floor sleeps 6 and has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room and kitchen area both face the beach and have an open floor plan. Each floor has their own air conditioning unit to cool the entire floor and a washer/dryer. Grills are also available on each floor. There is a TV in the living room with cable. A large enclosed outside shower is available to both floors. Off street parking is available in the rear of the house.

In addition to the beaches, surf-fishing and surfing on the Harvey Cedars beaches, there is also a shopping area at Bay Village in Beach Haven. It includes rides, waterslide and an arcade as well as shopping. There are multiple miniature golf courses and additional playgrounds all along the island. The view from the top of the Barnegat Lighthouse is amazing. There is also a nature
preserve at the lighthouse with a hiking path.

When you decide you want to go out for dinner instead of cooking, the island offers many options.   From a burger and fries type of restaurant to fine dining, Long Beach Island offers everything.
