Nice place for a budjet vacation

We had good time (a family with 2 young kids). It's a nice place to stay for anybody who plans to spend time on the beach and enjoy proximity to grocery shops, cafes and restaurants. The owner is highly easy to deal with and very nice overall. The only thing we wished for is having a balcony. Otherwise condo is very well kept, clean, with nice kitchen supplies. The bus stop to Aventura Mall and downtown Miami is at the hotel's front entrance. Nice.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car
