2 bedroom condo at Stendahl Village, in a relaxing neighborhod overlooking Dean Pond, next to
Popponessett Marketplace (see below). Five minute drive to South Cape Beach. Ten minute drive to
Mashpee Commons. Just a half hour from either bridge, half way between Falmouth and Hyannis. Easily
accessible to all Cape Cod has to offer!
Living room has picture window overlooking Dean Pond. Eat in kitchen has sliding glass doors to
private deck overlooking the pond. Gas grill is located just off the deck. Deck is great for
reading and relaxing and outdoor dining.
Master bedroom has queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is also a loft
that some use for additional sleeping area.

Amenities include cable TV in living room and both bedrooms, high speed internet, a/c, DVD player, 2
VCR's, stereo, Nintendo 64. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, stove and oven.
Beach chairs are available.
activities and attractions in New Seabury Cape Cod
Great family vacation area. Great for couples also. Awesome beach access on Nantucket Sound at
South Cape Beach (5 minute drive) or walk to "The Spit" in Popponessett. Popponessett Marketplace,
right next door, offers a country store, ice cream shop, pizza, The Raw Bar with their famous Lobster
Rolls, toy shop, candy store, outdoor concerts and miniature golf. Across the street is the
Popponessett Inn, featuring beautiful oceanfront dining.
