High-speed internet access included. Air-conditioned, several rooms with ceiling fans. Gas fireplace in great room, Jacuzzi in master bath. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. All bedding and linens provided. Full size washer and
dryer. Ample parking for cars and trailer. Deck and porch. Owner is
only 1 mile away in case of problems. Binder with restaurant menus,
local attractions, maps, antique shopping guides and other information
is provided.

Easy drive to attractions in the southern Blue Ridge. Area has active
theater, arts and music scene. Something going on every day during
season. The immediate area has 50 restaurants.
Regular boats with 50 hp or less and pontoon boats with 80 hp or less
can be launched onto Lake Adger from the Lake Adger marina. No docking
available with the rental. Excellent fishing including the biggest muskies in NC.

Up to $1000 per week depending on the number of persons and pets. Also
available for weekends and stays of 2 or more days at $40 per person.
Security deposit is required when reserving. Payment in full upon
arrival.
