picturesque grounds. Sleeps 4-6.

Cozy, air-conditioned guest house features a living room with log-burning fireplace, TV with local
cable, VCR/DVD/CD players with movies, free wireless internet connection,  and sofa-bed that sleeps 2. Fully-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, all utensils, glasses, plates and pots & pans provided. Dining room has table and 4 chairs. One large bedroom has 2 double beds with all linens and bedding provided, large closet and iron and ironing board. House has 1 1/2 baths with tub/shower, 2 hairdryers, all towels and washcloths provided.
Laundry facilities are located in the basement. Outdoor amenities include 2 picnic tables with umbrellas, gas grill, and outdoor stone-lined firepit with log seating. All firewood is provided. Children and well-behaved pets welcome. This is a non-smoking house. Hike our beautiful wooded acres or sled down our hills on provided snow discs.

Located within minutes of Seven Springs and Hidden Valley ski resorts, Nemacolin, Fallingwater,
Ohiopyle, Idlewild/Soak Zone, Living Treasures Animal Park, bike trail, local wineries, Laurel Hill
and Kooser state parks. Nearby activities include skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, whitewater
rafting, golfing, fishing, swimming, antique shopping, biking and hiking. Perfect area for fall
foliage viewing and local festivals. Many excellent local restaurants nearby.

Daily rates $150.00/Sunday through Thursday. $175.00/night - Friday & Saturday plus 6% sales tax
and 3% hotel tax.
Nightly, weekend and weekly rates available. Inquire for holiday rates. If staying only 1 night a
$50.00 cleaning charge will apply. Additional $10.00/day pet charge.
Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is made with less than a week's notice, a forfeit of one night's lodging will apply.
