membership, for less than the price of a hotel room.  About 20-25 minutes from Sarasota-Bradenton  
Airport.  One month minimum rental.  No smoking - No pets.  Fees subject to change.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Avid golfers can take advantage of owner's membership for $200 transfer fee.  Cart fee is only  
$19.70 plu greens fees as follows:  Nov, Dec & Apr $10; Jan, Feb & Mar $20; May through Oct - no  
greens fees.  A private, gated golfing community, boasting newly renovated clubhouse with fine  
dining, and a casual grille room, driving range, putting green, chipping green and trap, 5 swimming  
pools, hot tub, lighted har-true tennis courts, activities director, fitness center -- a complete  
country club lifestyle for the active vacationer.

Many social activities planned for owners and renters, alike.   Bingo, Bunco, Bridge, Mahjong, etc,  
etc.
