This home offers the perfect location since it is south of Scenic 
Hwy 30A and there are no highways to cross to the beach. Your 
children and family can be safe and access the beach, playground, 
and pool in a short walk, in less than 2 minutes. This home and the 
community are so beautiful, you won't want to leave and will be 
yearning to come back for another vacation. 

The Creole Plantation is a 4 Bedroom Home that has a limited gulf 
view from third floor. It can accomodate 10 people and can also be 
rented with a Carriage House, the Creole Cottage to accomodate 
larger groups. In the offseason, the Plantation can also be rented

Creole Plantation First Floor: 2 Master Suites with queen beds and 
private bathrooms, 3rd bedroom with queen bed and bathroom across 
the hallway. There is a foyer, laundry room, and large outdoor 
porch. Exterior and interior stairwells to allow easy access for 
large groups of people.

Creole Plantation Second Floor: Large open living/dining area, 
professional kitchen, 4th bedroom with queen bed and bathroom across 
the hallway, and large outdoor porches. Exterior stairwell to first 
floor and interior stairwell to first and third floors.

Creole Plantation Third Floor: Huge, open bonus living area with 
limited gulf views, private alcove with twin bed and twin trundle, 
bathroom with shower only, two queen sleeper sofas, and lots of 
comfortable seating. Stairwell to second floor.

Activities and Attractions

There is plenty to do at Rosemary Beach. There is swimming, sailing, 
snorkeling, sunbathing, chasing sand or water crabs, or hunting 
seashells at the end of our boardwalk.  In our Rosemary community, 
children and families can ride bikes, walk, play at the playground 
or greens, swim at the pools, play tennis, or visit the shops and 
restaurants at the town centre. Along scenic 30A, there is a safe 
paved bike path where you can ride your bike from Rosemary Beach to 
Blue Mountain Beach.  In between the two beach towns you will find 
unique shops, restaurants, and beautiful beach towns like Seagrove 
Beach, Seaside, and Grayton Beach.  Golf is available at nearby Camp 
Creek and Seagrove Beach.  Within a 20 to 30 minute drive, you can 
be at Sandestin, Destin, or Panama City which feature deep-sea 
fishing, parasailing, jet-skis, dolphin cruises, golf, marine parks, 
amusement and water parks, outlet shopping and malls, nightlife, and 
many restaurants of all types.

SPRING BREAK: March 15, 2008 - April 11, 2008, $3700 weekly 
SUMMER: May 17, 2008 - August 8, 2008, $4175 weekly
LATE SUMMER: August 9, 2008 - September 5, 2008, $3360 or $560 per night
FALL: September 6, 2008 -October 31, 2008, $2950 weekly or $490 per night
WINTER: November 1, 2008- February 29, 2009, $2400 weekly or $400 per night
