Vacation Rental Description

This architecturally designed home has amazing, panoramic Ocean, Bay and Malecon views from all  
rooms. Wall to wall 12 ft high folding glass doors on the 1st and 2nd floors open up the master  
bedrooms, living, kitchen, dining areas to bring nature indoors and hear the waves hit Malecon Beach.  
(Believe it or not we have no flies or mosquitoes) We also don't hear the nightclubs. This gated home  
allows all doors to be open at night without safety concerns. The entire home has marble floors that  
flow onto decks that span the width of the home. Marble showers and counters grace the bathrooms.  
Black granite countertops, a backsplash and a custom granite dining table accent the natural  
primavera cabinetry in the kitchen,master bath and bedrooms, living and dining areas. A fabulous  
fully appointed kitchen makes cooking and eating here a pure pleasure. Your neighbors are the old  
families of Vallarta.  Many work in the tourist industry or are teachers, artists, Mariachis, cab  
drivers etc.  They make great neighbors and will enjoy a "hola" when they pass by the house.

Air-conditioning in 2 master bedrooms(queen beds in each sleeps 4 total), queen bunk beds in lower  
bedroom sleeps 4 with air-oconditioning, hide-a-bed in living area sleeps 2, ceiling fans in all  
rooms, original artwork throughout the home, high-end contemporary Mexican decor and furnishings,  
computor with DSL, Jacuzzi/dipping pool (owners private pool also an option), kitchen with  
oven/stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster oven,  
refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, and all pots,pans,dishes,utensil,etc., gas grill on terrace,  
deck chairs on terrace, TV/VCR/DVD hooked to cable, stereo, alarm clock, seating for 9 in dining  
area, stained glass in bathrooms, linens provided, hair dryer, bottled water, washer/dryer,  candles  
throughout, custom lighting, plants, reading materials, games and maid service every other day.

Casa Andale is in walking distance to everything great in Vallarta.  
You are just a few minutes walk to the Malecon and beach and some of the best dining in Vallarta to  
include Pepe's and Cafe de Artist. 
You are close to the famous Guadalupe Church as well as blocks from the pink bridge connecting the  
previous homes of Liz Taylor and Richard Burton.  
You can make arrangements for Scuba, snorkeling, the "zip line" through the jungle and any other  
activities you desire within blocks.  
You are an easy cab ride to golfing, fishing and other ocean activities.  
You are minutes from the best night life in Mexico and a short walk home when tired.   
You are minutes from as much shopping as your wallet will allow.

Vacation Rental Rates

November 1 thur May 31st $1,650/per week or $236/night (No discounted monthly rates) 
 
May 31st-October 31st $1,350/per week or $193/night (Monthly rates @ 50% in May,Aug-Oct) 
 
50% Deposit required to book home with 50% final payment due one month prior to arrival 
 
Refund up to 100% minus $100 booking fee if house can be rebooked during the same dates 
 
Visa and Master Card (no damage fee required) or direct bank deposit with a damage fee of $500  
refundable after visit.
