This 5+ bedroom, 4.5 bath (tiled), 2-story home has low-bluff beach access, is located just steps from Lake Michigan, has wooded privacy, beautiful perennial & rose gardens, waterfall and a fish pond. It can sleep up to 13 with comfort. The home is approx. 4 miles south of the city of Grand Haven, MI, on Buchanan Street. It has a very large master bedroom (main floor, waterfall views) with separate seating area, a slider to the deck, new-custom-master bath with a walk-in tiled vertical spa shower, Champagne (air-jet bath), and dual-vanities. There is a family room/den with fireplace, large living room, dining area, kitchen with granite bar/stools, 1/2 bath, large sky lighted entry area, hallway and stairs to the upstairs area. The upstairs has 2 spacious bedrooms, full-bath, additional lofts sleeping/sitting area, and two new sky lights. The downstairs walk-out features a futon room, queen-sofa bed, full bath with shower, master bedroom with bath, retro-wet bar, air hockey game, big-screen TV (DVD,VCR), and utility room. The house has a rear wrap-around deck with built-in seating, picnic table, and patio furniture.

Ceiling fans throughout, central AC, gas grill, fire pit (wood provided), stocked laundry area (new Maytag washer/dryer), satelite connected to 4 TV's, furnished bed linens/towels, new granite/marble bathroom countertops throughout, modern-equipped kitchen has tile and granite, new stainless appliances, Jenn Aire range, disposal, kitchen stocked with basic spices, baggies etc., coffee maker/filters, blender, toaster, can opener, pots, pans, dishes, silverware and many utensils.

Grand Haven features the Lighted Musical Fountain, lighthouse and pier, great walking areas on the boardwalk along the Grand River, antique/unique shops, charter fishing, parasailing, jet ski rentals; home is 5 miles from the Pigeon River boat launching, 1 block from 40+ miles of paved, biking/walking/roller blading trails, close to town, but far enough away from the busyness of a tourist town for relaxation - you can choose how busy you want to be. Our property is a premier rental home in a premier location close to a premier town.

$3000 weekly, Saturday 4pm check-in; Saturday 10 am check-out.
$500 refundable damage deposit.
15% early and late summer season.

*1/2 half down to hold reservation, balance plus $500 damage/security deposit due 1 month prior to check-in.  

Damage/security deposit will be returned within two weeks of departure.

*Should it be necessary to cancel after deposit has been made, the deposit will be refunded if able to re-book the time slot.
