suites and an additional guest room. 
 
The larger Master suite has a King size bed with adjoining bath and Jacuzzi tub with a separate  
shower alcove. Spacious closet with a mirrored dresser. TV inside armoire. 
 
Upper master suite has a gorgeous King size four-poster bed and a spacious adjoining bath. TV inside  
armoire and a wonderful Juliet balcony for your viewing pleasure. 
 
Lower guest bedroom has a daybed that can be used as two twin beds or converted to a King bed, also  
has an adjoining bath. 
 
There is also a Queen sofa sleeper in great room. Crown molding and high ceilings throughout. TV with  
combination VCR/DVD player. 
 
Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home. Breakfast bar with stools plus a separate  
eating area complete with table and chairs. Mini-compact stereo for your listening pleasure. Full- 
sized washer and dryer for your convenience. 
 
Step out onto your Private Patio which is great for relaxing or grilling. This beautiful villa is  
just steps from the Lighted Tennis Court and there is a shared Beachside Pool for your enjoyment as  
well.
