deck with screened porch.  You can enter from Great Room, Master Bedroom or wrap around deck. Full Laundry Room, Full Kichen with (new stainless steel microwave and range/oven 2009),dishwasher,refrigerator with icemaker,  assigned parking right in front of our condo. New Stainless Gas Grill on deck with new Balcony height patio furniture.  A boat slip is included free! This is a non smoking condo. We do not accept pets. Never been rented before end of May 2008. Everything New from the furniture & mattresses to the dishes, linens,
etc. Fireplace, Master bedroom with Queen bed, 2cnd bedroom with queen
bed,  3rd bedroom has full/twin bunk bed, plus pull out queen sleeper

players,  3 with VCR,  stocked with family DVDs and Videos, Cable
included on all, Laundry rm with full size washer dryer, ironing board
& iron, kitchen includes dishes,pots & pans, utinsels, toaster, blender,
and coffee maker. Baths include all linens except beach towels,
4 ceiling fans one on the screened porch.Plenty of family games and books,

The complex is family oriented with 2 heated outdoor pools, one
lakeside,our condo is next to the lakeside pool,  clubhouse,  promanade along the water,  tennis court, children's play area and walking trails. Our 14 x 36 boat slip included.You can see the boat slip from your deck.
