spacious. This house is within 12 minutes in walking distance of the
lake. This community contains 5
lakes. Three are three swimming lakes complete with lifeguards, and
two fishing lakes.
This house includes 3 Bedrooms and 2� Baths. The first floor
provides a kitchen, living
room with brand new furniture, a pullout queen size sofa bed, 27�
cable TV, DVD and VCR. In
addition, a 7-foot pool table and a gas fire place. Sliding glass
doors open to a deck, complete
with new outdoor furniture and a gas grill, to make delicious
barbecue.

You will have full access to all amenities available within the
community as the season allows, with
the 8 badges that come with the property. This is all offered at no
additional cost to you. In
addition to the lakes, the amenities include 2 swimming pools, 1
children's pool (all of which have
lifeguards stationed), basketball and tennis courts.

The house is within a 20-minute drive to four major ski resorts, Jack
Frost & Big Boulder are about
15 minutes and Camel Back and Blue Mountain are about a 20-minute
drive. You also have access to
horseback riding and Skirmish paintball, which is about a 2-minute
drive from the development.
