This Upscale Craftsman Cottage is located on a beautiful 2.5 acre lot
with a natural stream meandering through the woods. The home
features a huge timber frame porch where you will spend all
your time listening to the stream and enjoying the outdoor
fireplace.

The living area features massive exposed beams, tongue & groove
ceiling and a floor to ceiling stoned fireplace, perfect for curling
up in front of the fire with a good book.

The home sleeps 2-10 with Master on Main Floor, 2 upstairs bedrooms
and a lower level guest suite/entertainment room with 2 twin beds &
queen sleeper sofa. The Master on Main features a king bed,
large 'en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, & double vanity sink.
One of two upstairs bedrooms has a King Bed, with 'en suite bath, the
other has a queen bed with 'en suite bath.

The lower level is one large open room with a full bath, 2 twin beds,
and entertainment area with queen sleeper sofa, 42" Sat. TV, game
table & chairs. Gourmet fully equipped kitchen with Pro appliances.

creating lower Cullasaja Falls. Take a walk behind the roaring 75
foot wall of water of Dry Falls. The mountainscape is lined with
many hiking trails, including the famous Appalachian and Bartram
Trails.

Franklin is nestled in the southwestern corner of North Carolina and
serves as the southern gateway to the Blue Ridge Mountains and Great
Smokies. It's convenient location to major cities make Franklin a
favorite retirement and relocation spot for people of all ages.

Atlanta, Georgia is just two hours to the south while Asheville, is
one hour to the west. Other cities nearby include Highlands,
Cashiers, Dillsboro, & Sylva, all within about 30
minutes.
