ft Dollhouse apartment with private second floor entrance is located behind
717 Kennebeck Court. Built in the 1930s, it has all the charming
touches: wood floors, flower boxes, vaulted ceilings. Recently
redecorated, this dollhouse has a full kitchen, large living area,
two bedrooms (BR1=Queen, BR2=twins), full bath, and a small sleeping
loft suitable for older children. Unit has been freshly painted, wood floors were just refinished, new carpet installed in bedrooms, and new tile in bathroom, new HD television and DVD player.  Dollhouse has its own Wireless Internet access.

Located on the ocean side, six blocks north of historic Belmont Park
on a well maintained court, you can avoid the crowds on the
boardwalk and still be super close to the beach. Only two houses between you and the sand; walk there in 30 seconds or less. There is a
small brick patio with a gas BBQ (not shared with main house.) Stairs lead from the patio to the entry door. Washer/dryer in garage.
Rent it alone (sleeps 4-5; maximum 4 if all adults), or rent with the main house for larger groups. Together they sleep 15 maximum. Ask us to discount the dollhouse if renting both units in off-season.
Front door and garage door have keyless entry system. No need to
drive to a rental office or worry about losing
keys.
Brand new premium latex mattresses in both bedrooms.
No Smoking.  Pets considered for extended stays only and with prior approval.  No Loud/Large Parties: We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under age 30. Students: this is not a student rental in the off-season.

November to February (excluding holidays) = $950/week plus tax and cleaning.(4 night minimum = $600 plus tax/cleaning)
