Breathtaking 1930's traditional townhouse located in the heart of the
Westside. Very close to Beverly Hills, The Century City Mall, UCLA,
shops, restaurants, places of worship, LA attractions, and only 15
minutes to the beach.
The unit has been tastefully updated with many of the period details
intact. High ceilings, hardwood flooring throughout, recessed halogen
lighting on dimmers, new 1080 pixel 40" Samsung LCD high definition
flat screen TVs' in living room and master bedroom. New "memory foam
mattress" in each bedroom, extra large bath towels, 1000 thread count
sheets, feather/down pillows, and bathrobes. The townhouse is
approximately 1500 square feet, and has a fully equipped kitchen, and
great formal dining room. Ideal for two couple's, but can comfortably
accommodate five people.
