Authentic "Tommy Bahama" brand furnishings throughout condo and beautifully decorated with tropical
plants, trees and accessories. The living room has a comfortable leather sectional and a
wall unit equipped with a 32" TV/DVD/CD entertainment system.
The kitchen is open and spacious. It has upgraded cabinets and Corian countertops and is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal. It also has a flat screen TV and a built in desk.
The breakfast nook has seating for four. The dining room has a beautiful dining table,
matching buffet hutch and seating for six.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a king size bed with a plush mattress, an armoire with a 30" TV and sliding glass doors that open to the lanai. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, TV and mirrored wardrobe doors. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with dual sinks and there is a separate bathroom for the guest bedroom.
There is a large laundry room inside the unit equipped with a full size washer and dryer,
iron/ironing board and a utility sink.
The 30 ft. lanai is both screen and sliding glass door enclosed and faces quiet end of lake
with plenty of privacy.
Utilities, cable tv throughout, WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE and local telephone service are included in the rental price. The unit also has a private 1 car garage and a Bowflex gym on the lanai.
The condo is equipped with dishes, flatware, glassware, cooking utensils, pots/pans,
coffee maker, toaster, electric skillet, blender, electric range/oven/microwave,
dishwasher, full size refrigerator with ice maker, BBQ grill, towels and linens.
