restaurants and boutiques, you'll love this beach get-away! The living/dining area features a large  
picture window, fireplace and ocean view dining table. There's also access to the balcony where you  
can watch the waves, the sunset or take the stairs to get your feet in the sand. The spacious  
kitchen has a new stove and refrigerator and breakfast bar for a quick meal. Get your reservations

Vacation Rental Rates

$3000 per week, inquire about our off-season and monthly rates, 1-week minimum stay. 
 
We require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable cleaning fee. Upon receipt of contract  
1st payment is due within one week, 7 days, remaining balance will be due one month, 30 days, before  
arrival. If occupant cancels agreement 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival, all payments will  
be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee; for canellations 30-60 days prior to scheduled arrival,  
total security deposit will be withheld; cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrivals,  
Occupant  
shall be responsible for total rental amount plus a $50 administrative fee. If property is re-rented  
for the same days, all payments will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee.
