3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Luxury Waterfront Home Steps to the Beach. This luxury home with a private
pool boasts a beautiful wide water views of the waterway with magnificent evening sunsets to sit
back & relax with family and friends and soak up the views. The private neighborhood beach is just
a short walk to the end of the street. The home is beautifully furnished with high end clean
contemporary furniture. The house has all the extras (flat screen TV's in every room, DVD, CD
Player, IPOD docking station, WIFI, Cable TV, etc)
There is a large outdoor dining, lounging and entertaining space which overlooks the pool and
waterway and the sunsets views are gorgeous. The canals are wide water to ensure additional privacy
and tranquility.

The house has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms
Master Suite has King Size Bed, his and hers closets, dressing table, flat screen TV and en suite
bathroom. Hairdryers, reading lamps and bathroom toiletries are provided.
The 2nd Bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. It is an oversized room and it also has a
king size bed, chest of drawers, large closets and overlooks the pool and water. Hairdyers and
bathroom toiletri are also provided. The twin room is smaller but is still very functional. It has
two twin beds with bedside tables and a closet and chest of drawers.
The home has WIFI and a functional mini office area with printer, copier, fax, scanner, basic
stationery and a full size desk.
There is a full size dining room which comfortably seats 8 People and a full size living room with
flat screen TV, DVD, Stereo and IPOD docking station.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the extras (espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave,
garbage disposal etc. We also provide complimentry items such as herbs & spices, coffee, tea,
dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc. We realize that these items can be costly to purchase
while on a short vacation stay and it is our pleasure to provide these items for your convenience
and to help minimize your expenses.

Ft Lauderdale is full of exciting activities and caters to people of all ages. Close by are lots of
outdoor activities such as fishing, kyaking, water ski-ing, parasailing, jet ski-ing, diving,
snorkeling to name just a few. YOu are also able to rent bicycles & scooters. We are very close to
a great selection of shopping malls, small boutiques, great restaurants (both casual and fine
dining), nightlife, spa's, fitness centers, supermarkets, banks and other everyday conveniences.
For theatre lovers we are close to the Broward Performing Arts Center too. YOu can also explore Ft
Lauderdale by water on the water taxi (pick up in walking distance) or you can hire a boat if you
want to be really adventurous. There are also several river boat cruises available. We are
conveniently located between Miami and Palm Beach if you want to wonder a little further for the day
or even for a night on the town. There are several local golf courses, jazz and music festivals or
pretty much anything you can imagine.... Ft Lauderdale is a hive of activity
