America. BBQ in patio, beach chairs, towells,boogie boards and a cooler.
Minutes away from the Zoo, Sea World, San Diego Wild animal park, Championship golfing, sailing,
surfing, sunning, swimming, biking, fishing; and much much more. 15 minutes from airport, two minute
walk to beach, 15 minutes to downtown historical gaslamp district, lots of shopping just minutes
away. Walk to dining and pubs and antique stores.
Lego Land and even Disneyland are just a drive away.

Dish washer, laundry on premises, full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove,
blender, everything you need to cook. 42" HD T.V.-with upgraded cable and DVD player. Wifi and DSL
internet connections, and local phone. Ironing board, hair dryer, laundry supplies. Even your own
cleaning supplies for your comfort.
All linens and bedding are supplied.

Anything you can think of that you would like to do at the beach; it's all here in Ocean Beach, very
friendly town to walk around in, lots to see and do. Walk to the longest pier in California and have
breakfast over the breakers; or go fishing off of pier.

Summers, $1,100 to $1300 per week $160 night
Sept. through May $1000 week $2,200 per month
Some Holidays extra ** Thanksgiving & Christmas

Although we list nightly rates; we have a one week minimum, the nightly rates apply to any extra nights over one week.

One pet allowed must be groomed prior to arrival; must belong to a breed allowed by my insurance co. must not bother any neighbors and must be kind to all people and other pets.
