Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully decorated large studio with fully-equipped complete kitchen.  Queensize bed, and a  
sitting area with a futon sofa.  On the top floor, with Diamond Head and Palolo Valley views through  
floor-to-ceiling sound-proofing windows, this condo is quiet for sleeping. 
 
As your home away from home, the condo is furnished with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkle  
equipment, and boogie board.  The kitchen--with full-size refridgerator--has pots/pans, dishes,  
flatware, stove, convection oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, rice cooker, etc.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo has: 
Free unlimited hispeed internet, landline phone with free local calling and messaging, cable  
television, a/c, and extras included for your comfort and enjoyment. 
 
The hotel has: 
A pool, rooftop sundeck with panoramic view, lobby restaurant, front desk security, parking garage  
(add'l charge), laundry and vending area, "Hula's Bar and Lei Stand."

Activities and Attractions

The Waikiki Grand Hotel has, simply put, the best location: on the beach-block, across from  
Kapiolani Park.  All of the conveniences (and excitement) of Waikiki, yet with the beach and park at  
your doorstep offering unlimited recreation possibilities: 
 
Within one-half block you go to the beach, park fields, the Waikiki Zoo, shops, or restaurants. 
Within two blocks, there is the Waikiki Shell, the Honolulu Aquarium, Jogging runs, and more  
beaches/shops/restaurants. 
Within five blocks (or less), you are in the very heart of the Waikiki Commercial district with the

January 6 - March 31, 2009 -- $845/week; $2495/month; $124/night. 
 
April 1 - June 30, 2009 -- $595/week; $1995/month; $95/night. 
 
Individual nightly rates over holidays may be adjusted. A housekeeping fee of $85. and applicable  
taxes will be added.
