pool and lushious landscaping. Milano is about 10-15 minutes from everything including the airport,
downtown or the
beach.

Vacation Rental Rates
Monthly Rates: December through April (Seasonal) $2200
May through October (Off Season) $1600
Short Term Rental Tax included in pricing.
Rates include basic cable, local telephone, internet access, & utilities.
$500 reservation/security deposit which are 100% refundable upon inspection of unit; less $75 exit
cleaning fee.
Cancellations less than 30 days before reserved date are subject to forfeit deposit.
A small pet may be permitted upon approval with a pet fee of $100.
Cleaning service optional at an additional charge.
