Luxury , Spacious home overlooking deep, wide canal with Gulf Access 
at the rear of the property.  
Beautifully and comfortably furnished our family-friendly home boasts 
a well equipped eat-in kitchen which overlooks the large greatroom and 
lanai. There is also a 
separate dining room and family room.  
A spacious master bedroom with king size bed, complete with ensuite 
bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. 
 
At the opposite side of the house are two more bedrooms plus bathroom. 
All bedrooms and greatroom have satellite TV. There are numerous DVDs, 
games and books for your 
enjoyment along with free high-speed internet access. 
At the rear of our home you will find a large screened deck complete 
with dining facilities, a BBQ, and a heated pool, with gorgeous views 
of the canal and surrounding area. This is a very safe and tranquil 
area, ideal for walking and cycling, fishing and boating. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This area is between Englewood and Port Charlotte, for those familiar 
with the Rotonda area, we are just East of Rotonda. We are just a 
10-15 minute drive to the beaches of Boca Grande and Englewood.   
We are in a sub tropical area of Florida, which means we enjoy warm 
mild winters and breezy hot summers! 
  
Located just a short distance from Sarasota where you will find art 
galleries, museums, The Ca D'Zan , home of the Ringling family of 
circus fame, restaurants and great shopping. To the south of us is 
Punta Gorda, once voted best small town to live in.  Here you will 
find Fisherman's village, a lovely boardwalk with shops and eateries 
overlooking the Peace River Harbor.  There are many local shops and 
restaurants, a gorgeous beach where you can walk for miles, and the 
warm waters of the Gulf. Boating and fishing are great pastimes in 
this area. 

Activities and Attractions

A few minutes drive from here you can go kayaking in the peaceful 
shallows and enjoy beautiful bird life, herons, eagles, ospreys and 
pelicans to name a few. We have a 
local Theater and Art district, and lots of interesting restaurants to 
tempt your palate. Boat trips 
to nearby Islands can be booked, or hire your own boat for a few hours 
or your entire stay. You 
are only a few minutes from all levels of golf courses, there is even 
a floodlit one to enjoy. 
 
Enjoy a full day Harbor Cruise or a Sunset Harbor Cruise on Charlotte 
Harbor, a bike ride on the local nature trails or why not go out for 
an evening of dancing to one 
of the live bands in a local restaurant or pub. 
 
 
Further afield there is Myakka State Park, where you can watch the 
alligators in their natural habitat, The Ford and Edison Homes in Ft 
Myers, and Tampa for a day at 
Bush Gardens, or the Big Cat preserve if you like lions and tigers.  
Disney and Sea World are an 
easy 2 1/2 hour drive.
