The Sunbird has three pools (one heated), a large sunning deck,
tennis courts, a volleyball court, laundry facility, and
shuffleboard. Cabana and jet ski rentals are available right on the
beach in front of the Sunbird.
Shopping, dining, golf, movies and nightclubs are all nearby. The
Signal Hill Golf Club is located across the street. Pineapple
Willey’s, and Fat Tuesday's Daquari Bar is next door, and there is a
Super Wal-Mart within walking distance.
Other attractions include boating, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling,
putt-putt, go-carts, Gulf World, a zoo, St. Andrews State Park,
helicopter rides, parasailing, shopping, cinemas, restaurants, night
clubs, Pier Parking Luxury Shopping Center, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum,and a dog track.

Spring 600/week - March to Memorial Day
Summer 900/week - Memorial Day to Mid August
Late Summer 600/week - Mid August to Labor Day
Fall 400/week - 75/night Labor Day - Dec
Winter 950/mo - November to Feb
(March $1600/mo or $600/week)
** There is also a 10.5% Florida tax, a $45.00 cleaning fee and a $15
parking pass fee.
Sorry, no pets, no smoking and no singles under 25 years of age.
A refundable security deposit of $100.00 will hold a reservation.
