field, Noontootla Farm Cottage has all the luxuries of modern living while taking you back to a
more tranquil, peaceful world. This brand new ,farmhouse inspired, cottage sleeps seven in two
queen bedrooms and three twin beds in a third floor loft. Amenities include a state of the art
kitchen with commercial gas range, vaulted ceilings, automatic fireplace, satellite tv with dvd
player, wireless internet service, washer, dryer, screened porch, wrap around deck with gas grill, and best of all, Noontootla Creek, stocked with trophy Rainbow Trout (18" +).
Watch the deer graze in the cornfield at night, before sunset, and bring the dogs, for the time of
their lives!

Spend the day hiking local waterfalls, horseback riding, white water rafting and tubing on the
beautiful Toccoa / Ocoee River. or stay on dry land and take a nostalgic ride along the Toccoa River
on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, go antique shopping and dine in downtown Blue Ridge or Ellijay. Or
enjoy a day on the links at one of the local golf courses.
