Oceanfront Seascape Villa in Kiawah Island

Our cozy 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront townhouse villa is located in West Beach Village and is only 150 yards from Kiawah's beautiful 10-mile long beach. Walk out the back porch and along the paved walkway to the beach boardwalk. One comfortable king bed in the master bedroom and a queen and two twins in the remaining two bedrooms, sleeps 6 total. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms. Cribs and highchairs are available upon request for an extra fee and front door parking is available.
The villa is in walking distance to the Straw Market area, which features a restaurant, shops and a work-out area. The West Beach tennis courts are also a short walk. The Freshfields Market area, which features a grocery store, restaurants, shops and an outdoor concert area (in summer), is 5 minutes via car.
Kiawah was selected as one of the top islands in the United States by Conde Nast Magazine. The Sanctuary Spa is an award winning spa offering the ultimate in pampering, as well as hair and nail services. Kiawah has magnificent golf courses, tennis courts, miles of shaded, paved bike trails and an award winning children's program. It is known for the abundant wildlife that lives on the island, which can be seen by guided nature walks, bicycling, canoe and kayaking. Kiawah is only 45 minutes from the historical sites of downtown Charleston.
