and stone patio facing the landscaped and multilevel yard. Few minutes from Bellayre
Mountains and lake. 5 minutes from Phoenicia and 16 miles from Woodstock. All amenities (dishwasher,
washer/dryer, cable TV with more than 180 channels, DVD player, WIFI and more). River across the
street where you can tube, swim, Canoe. The incredible advantage of this place is not only its elegance & restful but also its
amazing location. Surrounded by the mountains (Hunter, Ballayre) and nature, the whole party can enjoy a great picnic day and swim at the belleayre lake ( 8mn away) or a fantastic brunch at Sweet Sue in the charming village of Phoenicia ( 5mn away).
a Bus from Port Authority( West 42nd street in New York City) can drop you just in front of the house if you do not have a car!

fishing, hiking, tubing, kayaking summer camp and activities for children or if you just want to
walk, you will surely love the nature around! Wine tasting, theater, dance music (all styles!), Fall
festival (Hunter Mountains Oktoberfest...), incredible gourmet restaurants (you must try the
pancakes at 'Sweet Sue!' you can walk there! It's only 5mn walking distance!), concerts, plays,
antique stores, exhibitions, historical places.
Ski all around! We are Near Hunter, Bellayre...
