own boat dock. Short walk to the beach - five minutes or less. We are one block off Coastal Highway
across from Carousel Hotel. Three bedroom, two-and-one-half bath. Master bedroom has king-size bed,
second bedroom has queen-size bed, third bedroom has two twin beds. Sofa in living room is a pull-
out, double-size bed. Home sleeps eight. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautifully
furnished. Recently updated kitchen with Corian countertops. All the amenities of home for your trip
to the beach!

Weekly Rentals Saturday to Saturday only available from June 1st - September 30th.  Rest of the year weekly rentals or three night minimum.
Weekly Rates range from $850/week (off peak) to $1750/week (peak).  Saturday to Saturday rentals only during peak summer.

Security Deposit is required. Credit Card or Cash security deposits are acceptable. Renter
acknowledges we as the agent is given authority to charge Renters Credit Card for damages to the
unit occupied by the Renter and/or his/her Guest. The amount of a cash deposit is $300.00. The
security deposit will be processed within 10 days of check-out and will be returned to renter less
any costs for repairs or excessive housekeeping charges if property is not left as required.
Minimum Age: At least one person occupying the property during the entire stay must be 25 years  of age or older. Proof of age will be required.
