This beautifully appointed vacation condominium is located in a new
10 unit Italian built building named Piedra Viva. Complete with
swimming pool, security andparking this is an intimate development
with graceful architecture, soothing colours and design.

Vista de Oro is situated on the top floor (3 floor maximum in town)
and boasts a spectacular 600 sq ft private rooftop terrace with a
clear view of the sea. The terrace offers lounge chairs for sunning,
a lovely outdoor dining arrangement with large flower boxes and
lighting options to complement. The building is peaceful yet only
steps away from the wonderful restaurants, nightlife and shopping
that has made Playa del Carmen such a sought after destination. Head
to the beach two blocks away and you’ll find the clear waters of the
Caribbean, Mamita’s Beach Club, friendly beach bars and a full range
of water-based activities.

Inside the condo there is two bedrooms each with sumptuous beds and
plenty of built in closets. The living room is decorated in caramels
and creams with colourful accents. The three balconies, two
overlooking a quiet side street, the other the pool and courtyard
bring lots of natural light to the living space.
