Tahoe has fireworks from 7/2-7/5 nightly, some locations are in view
from the deck!!!

HOME is architect designed, all natural cedar exterior, 2 main floors
and a loft with vaulted ceilings and dramatic vertical spaces. 2
decks, 2 bridges, 1 landing all with deck furnishings for living out
of doors in summer. Not suitable for children under 10 years, this
home is built on a 'ski slope' which provides the fabulous lakeview.
Located on a ridge road about one block from the lake 'as the crow
flies'. Gourmet kitchen, fabulous dining area, living room has back
bar area.

Sleep in divine luxury and comfort: Upscale bedding, down comforters
and featherbeds. 1 king; 1 queen; 1 european double; 1 set of bunks;
futon for sleeping porch is 'queen'.

Kitchen has gas stove with 17k BTU burner and slow cook, plus
convection; Kitchan Aid stand mixer, Cuisinart; Wolfgang Puck set of
cooking pans; fabulous array of cooking equipment. Dining room seats
8-10 on a wax finish mahogany (fragile) natural wood table w/elegant
chairs w/deer antler chandelier. Moose in loft is made of grapevines
with fairy white lights. Loft has glove leather forest green couch
and TV in anteroom, French bed 1700s Hand Carved) in private room.
Master bedroom/bath is on the dining level. King bed and bunks are on
the living room garden level w/sleeping deck that also has 'french
bistro table and chairs'. Main deck has swivel/rock chairs (4) and
large glass table w/umbrella. Bridge to carport has Chargrille BBQ
w/dining table for 2, also swivel/rock chairs.

Watching the weather change over the lake, sunrises, alpenglow sunsets
and the moon rise! Fantastic!
Hiking trails are one block walk from house to 'Tahoe National Forest'
trails or Dollar Reservoir, access Tahoe Rim trail is closeby,
mountain bikers go by the house often coming out of their rides.
Private beach access is a steep walk, or quick drive, park near Hwy 28
at Lardin Rd, walk across to entrance. 5 min to Tahoe Park swim
beach. Dog beach is adjacent to Garwoods Restaurant in Carnelian Bay,
just 3 miles, walk thru the woods to get there or drive. Ski Resorts
and Golf are equidistant from this location to Alpine, Squaw,
Northstar, or Diamond Peak in Incline. Close/easy access to Hwy 28.
Exclusive Tahoe neighborhood, noone moves away except if dying or dead
because the view is so fabulous, we've known our neighbors for 40
years and everyone is close, so they will know you when you stay here.

In-Season Rate - $350/night; $2450/week (one week minimum) (some 3 day
openings in between, ask)
Vacation Rate - $400/night; $2800/week (3 night minimum)
Off-Season Rate: $250/night; $1750/week
Pets: Owner approved and Dogs only - Add $75 to cleaning for the week stay
