The home is fully equipped with all the creature comforts. In the
living room you have a gas
fireplace, cable TV and wireless internet. The kitchen and bath are
furnished with linens, dishes,
appliances, and basic toiletries. The home is within a short walking
distance to Starbucks, several
dining restaurants, pizza, senior taco, parks, river boat launch and
gas and a neighborhood shopping
development. It is peaceful and relaxing. The property will
accommodate several cars for small
gatherings. There is a quaint theater and movie house within a few
minutes drive. Downtown
Portland
is a straight shot down the first adjacent street. It is
approximately 20 minutes to downtown and
thirty minutes to the airport. It is very easy to find, and navigate
to and from.

Mary S. Young park is within a few hundred yards, and offers a
beautiful walk overlooking the
Willamete river. There are several kiddie pools and fountains within
a few min. drive, as well as
play parks. Cedar Oak boat ramp is about 6 blocks away. Swim at your
own risk! There is a back
road that follows the river to Lake Oswego. You can run, walk or bike
this with very little
traffic. It is approx. 2.5 miles one way. West Linn offers a very
upscale shopping experience that
has just recently been built. You'll find all the amenities and
shopping pleasure within minutes of
this great home. The Library is located there as well.
The yard has outdoor lighting for an evening of fun and games on the

We have a house and a studio on the same property. They are available
individually or as a package. The house sleeps 8+ and rents for $200.to $275. a night.
The studio w/ loft sleeps 5+ and rents for $150 a night. There is a package rate for both the house, and studio, based on
the number of occupants. A one-time cleaning fee will be added to the
bill of $100. per unit. Upon reservation confirmation, a deposit for services will be secured up front. 

The house is a no smoking/no pets rental. Reservations are based on first come firstserve. No Saturday calls please.
