This home is professionally cleaned and stocked prior to arrival and
after the departure of each
tenant. You will need to provide your own sheets and towels. The
kitchen and baths are stocked with
starter supplies of soap and paper products. A cleaning fee is
included in the price of the rental.

Jacksonville International Airport is located about 25 minutes from
2158 S. Fletcher Avenue. From
Jacksonville International Airport, take I-95 S to exit 373 (Amelia
Island), bear right onto A1A
which takes you to Amelia Island. Cross the bridge onto the island
and turn right at the second light
onto Sadler Road. Continue on Sadler Road to the beach. Go around the
roundabout and proceed south on
S. Fletcher Avenue. The home will be on your left in about 1/2-mile.

Amelia Island is legendary for its dramatic history and the beauty of
its natural setting. This
townhome is conveniently located across from the beach. Where the
beach begins, so do a variety of
activities, including swimming in the ocean, surf fishing, sand-
castle-building, horseback riding on
the beach and searching for sharks' teeth. It's just a short stroll
to Main Beach Park which has a
skate park, boardwalk, picnic area and miniature golf course.
Restaurants and shops are within
walking distance. Off the beach there is a host of exciting things
to do - like visiting the old
seaport town of Fernandina with its intriguing shops and restaurants
and wealth of 19th century,
restored buildings. Ft. Clinch State Park offers a restored fort,
hiking and biking trails, and
fishing on the pier. A public pool and tennis courts are within
walking distance. For golf lovers,
the Fernandina Beach Municipal Golf Course is just down the street
and tee times are easy to schedule.
