Tropical Paradise is the best way to describe this spacious 2BR2BA Condo that has a queen bed in the master bedroom with a walk-in shower and a large vanity.  The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and is located directly across from the second full bathroom that also has a Jacuzzi tub.  The unit is decorated in bright tropical decor and the living room area is very spacious and has a great view.  The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room area seats 4.  The balcony has tables and chairs for your use as well.

This complex offers covered assigned parking for one vehicle under the building and has a private beach access & boardwalk with an outdoor shower for washing off your feet. There is elevator service to all three floors, a pool area with lounge chairs, on-site rental office and oceanview balconies in all units.

The condo is cleaned and stocked prior to arrival and after departure of each tenant. This unit does not provide daily maid service. It will be stocked with linens and starter supplies of soap and paper products. A cleaning fee is included in the price of the rental.

Amelia Island is legendary for its dramatic history and the beauty of its natural setting. This
condomonium complex is conveniently located direcctly on the oceanfront on one of the most pristine
areas of Amelia Island. Where the beach begins, so do a variety of activities, including swimming in the ocean, surf fishing, sand-castle-building, horseback riding on the beach and searching for sharks' teeth. It's just a short stroll to Main Beach Park which has a skate park, boardwalk, picnic area and miniature golf course. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Off the beach
there is a host of exciting things to do - like visiting the old seaport town of Fernandina with its intriguing shops and restaurants and wealth of 19th century, restored buildings. Ft. Clinch State Park offers a restored fort, hiking and biking trails, and fishing on the pier and is located less than a 1/2-mile from the Oceans of Amelia. A public pool and tennis courts are within walking
distance. For golf lovers, the Fernandina Beach Municipal Golf Course is just down the street and tee times are easy to schedule.

For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a processing fee of $25 charged. For cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit.
