If you have rented this unit before you know how well we keep it updated. This unit has a pillow top queen size mattress in the master with dresser and chest for expanded drawer space), and LCD T.V.  A room fans is added extra air flow at night in addition to the AC.   Living room furnishings include a comfortable queen sized couch bed, love seat, leather rocker/recliner, entertainment center and fabulous wall art.  There is a full service kitchen that includes silverware, dishes, extensive cookware, 22 cu. ft. refrigerator, decorative overhead ceiling fan and newer stove/oven.  Cabinets and countertops have been upgraded. 

This is a second floor unit with a courtyard view (area for kids to play) which surrounds the full sized pool (not heated) and lounge area.   For additional fun there is a basketball court; tennis court shuffleboard court; outdoor 3 place open pit barbeque adjacent to the pool area, and all this is only 100 yards to one of the most beautiful beaches (finest white sand) in Florida (pictures available on request).  Access to the beach is viewable in the photo looking towards the tennis court (which is next to the pool/courtyard).  The access-way is just on the other side of the fence surrounding the court.

Venus is very family oriented.  Members of the office staff live on site which helps to ensure guests enjoy their peaceful surroundings 24x7.

Updated furniture and remodeled kitchen, Phone, Wireless Network, Air Conditioning, Cable TV (27" LCD), VCR, Stereo, CD Player & CD's in living area, 24" LCD TV with DVD, and new plush top queen matress in bedroom, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer, Dryer in common area, Pool (shared), Open Pit BBQ, Non Smoking, Venus does not allow pets.  Bag ice is available on the property for $2 and beach chairs (2) with umbrella for $15 per day.  An adult at least 25 years old is required to be in your party.

Basketball and tennis courts, shuffle board and bag toss on site.
