Eastwinds in Chincoteague Island

Enjoy a relaxing vacation staying near one of the East Coast's most beautiful,
unspoiled beaches, Assateague National Seashore. Property is walking distance (about a mile)from
the quaint Chincoteague downtown, with shops and restaurants and parks.
Cute, clean townhome nestled in pine trees with 2 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2 screened porches.
Easily hosts large or small groups -- two bathrooms upstairs makes post-beach cleanup quick. MBR
has queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has double bed plus daybed which makes two twin beds. Queen sleeper
sofa in living room.

Property is currently rented to a longer-term tenant through at least September 2009 but please check back for updates later in the fall and spring 2010

CAC, W/D, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, cable.

Walk or bike to town or beach; stroll (or drive at certain hours)the nature trails on Assateague,
and of course the BEACH. Other activities available on Chincoteague include fishing charters, kayak
rentals, scooter and mini-car rentals, miniature golf, arcades and ice cream.

Summer weeks (May 23 to July 24 and Aug 2 to Sept. 1) $690/wk or $138/night
Pony Penning week (July 25 - Aug. 1): $790/wk or $158/night
Fall and spring: $480/wk or $96/night
A cleaning fee of $50 per stay (i.e., it's only $50 whether you stay 2 nights or 20) will be added
to the above.
Eastwinds is generally a Saturday check-in, although other days and/or partial weeks may be
available.
