Welcome to our Keys vacation home! We have a lovely home on a large fenced lot in a very private, quiet neighborhood. This Cocoplum location is one of the the best in the heart of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. Located on a wide, sailboat deep-water canal, our 110' wide fenced lot with a 25' dock, you are only a short boat ride to the Atlantic Ocean and reefs galore.  Our house is fun and pleasant. Only four steps up from the driveway,(NO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS HERE!) and you are in. (We chose our stair-less home for a true vacation!)
The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 night stands, dresser w/mirror, private bathroom and large closet. The second bedroom has two full size beds and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom has two twin beds, night stand, closet & storage chest. The living room sofa is also a queen size sleeper. There is also a second full bathroom. A screened porch off the living room & dining room  has table & chairs overlooking the spacious fenced yard, grilling patio & dock. The spacious kitchen has a breakfast counter, refrigerator w/icemaker, range, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, glasses, cookware, coffee maker, blender & all utensils. All house linens & towels are provided but please bring beach towels - mine went to the beach or on the boat and never returned! We have central air conditioning, TV/CABLE/WI-FI for  internet, DVD/VCR, Stereo/CD player, Local phone service, and the important inside laundry room. Accomodates 8-10 comfortably.

Outside is very pleasant with mangroves and palm trees around the dock and back yard. The dock has a ladder for swimming or boat access, a fish cleaning table with water, light and 2-30amp service for shore power and storage box. Chairs, chaise lounges and umbrella table are provided for comfort and shade.
We have a grilling patio with picnic table &  Weber charcoal grill in the backyard for that great outside lunch or dinner after a day of fun in the sun.
Located on a wide, deep canal & 110' wide lot, the 25' dock is great for swimming, docking and fishing. Bring your power boat and kayaks too - great area! No bridges to open water. Beautiful and serene area.
Cocoplum Beach and boat launching are two minutes from house.
We have a large lot and double driveway and plenty of room for parking vehicles and trailers.

Enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving; there are many reefs to boat to including North America's only living coral reef. Bring a boat, rent one or charter to do all of these activities. Visit the Sea Turtle Hospital, Dolphin Research Center, Crane Point Museum, Curry Hammock State Park, Pigeon Key (Hisorical site by 7 mile bridge) and lots more. Bike & boat rentals,quaint shops and delicious restaurants nearby. We even have a movie theatre in town. Located near mile marker 54, we are approximately 45 minutes to Key West. Bring your sunscreen, glasses and hat! This is the best rental value in town!
