Restaurants, retail shops, and grocery stores are within a mile of the property. Drive just seven miles further into the heart of historic St. Augustine and see history come alive in our nation's oldest city. Be a lazy beachcomber or play tennis on one of the convenient courts. There's lots to do....or not....as you choose!

Tennis courts and two pools on the property. Gated boardwalk to the beach is just steps away. This is a 2nd and 3rd floor townhouse in a 3 story unit. The large master suite has a queen bed with foam topper, TV, DVD, balcony overlooking the ocean and a private bath. The guest room has twin beds and its own hall bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a half bath downstairs. The balcony off the living room is equipped with table and chairs. There is an LCD TV to the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped; linens are provided. Management company is available to handle any unexpected problems.

Take a trolley or horse and buggy tour of historic St. Augustine to see all the points of interest you'll want to go back to! Visit the winery or early Spanish fort. Take a ghost walk! Climb the lighthouse or tour the alligator farm or the wax museum. There are dozens of things to do in this city dripping with early Spanish charm. Twenty minutes away are the PGA Golf Hall of Fame, a large outlet mall and Marineland. A drive down to Daytona is 1 hour; Disney World is 2 hours; Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center is approximately 2 1/2 hours.
