January-May (except Holidays): $800-$1100 per week
June-December/Holiday: $850-$1150 per week

Receipt of $500 SECURITY Deposit secures your reservation. Deposit
returned within 14 days after your departure (minus $150 - $175,
depending on # of guests and length of stay).

RENTAL FEE is due the first day of arrival, when the keys are given
to you, via cashier's check or personal check.

We will provide you with the most current magazines and schedule's
that are current with the community. Including Whale watching, Jazz
Festival's, Boat & Hot Rod shows.

10-15 minute drive to: Laguna Beach's Pageant of the Masters and Saw
Dust Festival; San Clemente's Pier area, wonderful restuarant ON THE
BEACH...so romantic, and low cost! Every weekend they have the street
on Del Mar lined with fresh fruit's, vegtables, fine art, you will
love it. We call it the QUIET TOWN and everyone is so down to earth,
you must visit.

San Juan Capistrano's Mission is another culture all of it's own. So
much to see and do, most important, everything I have described is
all comfortable and relaxing, wear comfortable shorts
and shirts...stay around to LAUGH and have fun!

30-40 minutes to: Amusement parks (Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm,
Legoland...) Wine tasting (Temecula), Horse Racing (Del Mar),
shopping, museums/art galleries.

60-90 minutes to: Los Angeles and San Diego(Zoo, Sea World, Gas Light
area, Mission Beach). While in San Diego, skip over and sit bordering
Mexico.

Our Dana Point Duplex is centrally located to various attractions and
activities, from Los Angeles to Mexico. So much to see and do while
you're here, or just relax in the jacuzzi and watch the Big screen
plasma TV!

June-December/Holiday: $850-$1150 per week
DAILY/WEEKENDS/MONTHLY, Depending on the season and high demand, negotiable

Receipt of $500 SECURITY Deposit secures your reservation. Deposit
returned within 14 days after your departure (minus the $150 - $175,
cleaning fee, depending on # of guests and length of stay).

RENTAL FEE is due the first day of arrival, when the keys are given
to you, via cashier's check or personal check.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 30 days or more PRIOR to stay, 50% rental refund and full
security deposit will be returned to guest OR full credit will be
applied to rescheduled stay, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to stay are: NON
REFUNDABLE. However, the full amount of the rent may be applied to a
rescheduled stay subject to availability.
