Cleaning Fee $100 
Security Deposit $300-$500 (Fully-Refundable) 
*Check-in time is 4:00 PM 
Check-out time is 10:00AM 
3 night minimum stay (on weekends) 
3 night minimum stay (on weekdays) 
14 Guest maximum occupancy at NO additional charge. 
50% of booking amount is due at time of reservation. Full amount due 6 months prior to arrival. 
Security deposit is due 1 week prior to arrival and refunded 48-72 hours post departure.
