We are located in North West Florida, also known as the panhandle.
As you drive over the Navarre Beach Bridge you will be awed when you
see the pristine sandy white
beaches reaching out to greet you, your family and friends.
We are located between Pensacola and Destin. Hidden away over a
bridge that takes you from reality
from the time you join us to the time you say " see you next year ".
The atmosphere is stress free. So, we would like to offer you one
fantastic vacation!
To make your stay memorable we would like to offer you our brand new
incredible 9th floor condo in
Carribean Resort.
Our unit is an Executive style 3 bedroom 3 bath condo with floor to
ceiling windows through out the
condo overlooking the gulf with a 180 degree view of the island and
inland waterway. Great for
business or family vacations.
Unit # 903 is exquisite. Lots of attention has gone into the decor.
All newly furnished from
furniture to linens, to dishes and appliances.
There is a large balcony overlooking the gulf all the way to Santa
Rosa Sound.
The living room is large with all new furnishings. There is a queen
sofa bed for the extra friends
or family. They will enjoy watching the large flat screen HDTV.
The kitchen is completely stocked with place settings for 12, and
ample pots and pans to cook that
favorite meal.
The refigerator is large and will easily accomadate whatever
groceries you may need. There is also
a full size stackable laundry facility right in the unit.
There are two master suites.
All bedrooms have a full bath. Two of the tubs are jetted tubs. All
the bathroom fixtures are
brushed nickle with lots of lighting and mirrors.
The master bedrooms have a king-size bed with a queen-size sleep
sofa. There is a large closet off
the masters and a brand new flat screen t.v. and DVD in each room.
These are located in beautiful
wicker amoires. There is balconies off both these suites.
The second bedroom offers 2 double beds with a large closet and a
shared full bath with a jetted
tub. There is also a new flat screen t.v. with DVD available.

located at the base of the causeway here on the island.

Holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th may require a
higher rate. Call to check the
rates.
There is a 3 night minimum stay for all seasons.
In addition to the posted rates there is also charges for Florida Tax
( 10.5%), cleaning of $125.00 and a REFUNDABLE deposit of $250.00.
There must be an adult age 25 or over at all times.
Pay by Credit Card using Pay Pal or by check.
Reservation requires 50% of the total cost within 7 days or
reservation is cancelled.
Balance is due within 2 weeks of scheduled arrival.
Refund Rules: Within 30 days after making a reservation all money is
refunded. Within 30 days of
arrival if I am able to re-rent the condo you will receive your total
monies refunded, if I am
unable to re-rent the condo, you will receive all monies with the
exception of the rental deposit.
