2 bedroom (1 king, 1 queen) each with cable T.V. and balcony; livingroom with queen sofabed, cable T.V., and balcony; large kitchen/dining room with stove, fridge with ice maker, d/w, breakfast bar, balcony; 1/2 bath off of dining room; full bath adjoining both bedrooms with tub, shower, bidet and adjacent vanity; all towels/linens are provided as well as all housewares; w/d; central a/c; wireless internet; gas grill; heated swimming pool and sandy, sunning beach; use of 22' sailboat (based on availability); boat slip for private vessels up to 30', moorings and dock space for boats up to 40'@ $10/FT/WK; NO pets; No smoking; Minimum stay = 3 nights
