about five minutes away by golf cart. Three executive golf courses, Pimlico,Belmont and Churchhill

Rates Jan. Feb. & March $3,200 U.S. /month includes four passenger golf cart, Comcast digital
TV,High speed Internet & free telephone for U.S. & Canada. Other months available for $1800.U.S.
Preference to three month renters.Consider last three weeks in Jan. with Feb. & March.

A $75.00 non refundable cleaning fee and a $50.00 I.D. pass fee is required to use the executive golf
courses,community pools,shuffleboards,pickleball & tennis facilites.
