Awesome Log Home on an easy walk lot, just steps from LAKE KEOWEE. 15 minutes from Seneca; Conveniently located mid-lake. Large dock at waters' edge. The house is decorated in high-end rustic furniture, with all wood in and out. More comforts than home!!!!
On the main level is a large entry-way with fireplace and custom made rustic twig and fish decor. The Master bedroom has a king bed with fish decor bedding, full bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower, private deck area with comfy seating.
Also on the main level is a large kitchen with a round, reclaimed wooden
table with stump base. Kitchen has custom glass cabinets with fish drawer & cabinet pulls, breakfast counter, bear themed bathroom off kitchen. Large living area with two couches, loveseat, Rockers, gas fireplace, tv, outside deck with private area; table and chairs so your catch of the day Is straight out of the
lake and on the grill and to the table fast. What a day!!!!
Also a guest bedroom with queen bed made out of hickory and mountain
laurel, dresser and night stands to match. Full bathroom with shower tub combo.
Third story has three bedrooms. First bedroom has two cedar twin beds, log cabin bed set, matching dresser and night stand. Second bedroom has cedar bunk beds with matching dresser with duck decor. A full bathroom with separate toilet area attached and shower tub combo. Third bedroom has queen bed with log cabin bedding, two custom cabinets with cedar trim and a crib. Full bathroom with shower tub combo.
The lower level has one bedroom with Queen bed and pinecone themed bedding, matching dresser and night stands, rocking chair. A full bath with a custom rock shower. Just pull the cord in the shower and have the water bucket rinse you off! Great after a day at the lake!! Also on the lower level is a pool
table, air hockey, and electric dart board. Very large custom rock bar. (A favorite guy hang out) Small fridge for wine, beer, and softdrinks.
Round comfy card table seats four. Large sitting area with couch, loveseat, and rocking chair.
Plenty of parking. Large grass area on lake side. This lot is an easy walk to the
lake (no steps).
