Fabulous lake retreat. Located on beautiful Pickerel Cove at Gun Lake. Gun Lake is an all sports
lake and the largest inland lake in lower Michigan. Great fishing right off the dock. Boat launches
within a mile of either side of the property.

This retreat is located on a dead end street with Great neighbors on each side. Within walking
distance is a convenience store, pizza place, ice cream store, coffee shop, movie rental, restaurant
and gas station. There is a three plus car garage for parking.

Approximately 2400 square feet of professionally decorated, updated living space. The three bedrooms
(two queen beds, two twins and four blow-up mattresses) will easily sleep 6-10. Gourmet kitchen with
new appliances opens to the dining room and family room. Completely open floor plan. Two bedrooms
and luxurious new master bath are located on the first floor. Extra large laundry/changing room with
half bath also. New washer and dryer. Upstairs is the third bedroom, full bath with tub and shower
and large loft area serving as another family room complete with game table.

Lots of windows lake side. Large deck with two tables. One seats four with an umbrella and the other
is built into the corner and seats in excess of 10. Beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the view. There
are beautiful sunsets enjoyed here.
