This condo was totally renovated in 2006.  All new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, washer  
and dryer. This is a fully furnished one bedroom unit with a new sofa sleeper.  The location is  
right in the middle of paradise vally which is as good as it gets. Blocks from major shopping and

to find in more detail.  Just outside the front door is a beautiful heated swimming pool with  
jacuzzi, outstanding fully equiped training room with HD TV, also at the pool is a BBQ area with  
gazibo

Activities and Attractions

There are activities all around you.  A huge tennis complex is just accross the street.  If you are  
interested in Golf there are courses all around you.

                         2 Weeks $800.00  Extra Days $60.00 
 
                 Rates Include:  Extended Cable TV, High Speed Internet 
 
                 With each rental there is also a $100.00 Cleaning Fee 
 
         There is also a security deposit of $300.00 to guarentee the desired dates.  
         This deposit is fully refundable assuming the condo is left in the same

                        before  30 days prior to arrival date ( 50%) half refund 
                        Within  30 days prior to arrival date (  0%)  no  refund
