beedroom has one(1) queen size bed other bedroom has three(3) full size beds and a loft space with
one(1) queen size bed. The unit is fully furnished, towels, pots/pans, plates, and other typical
items that you would find in your average lived in home.

Directly behind the unit is one(1) of two(2) tennis courts. The Club House and Pool are located
just behind the tennis court (30 second walk). The private beach is a 60 second walk to the west and

Within walking distance, Founders Park is located right next to the EBC coplex. Founders Park
features lots of activities that are great for children, Skate Park, Olympic Swimming Pool, Diving

5 Minute drive in either direction to 2 marinas, boat/jetski rentals, charter fishing, SCUBA

A non-refundable deposit of $500 and the Cleaning/Maintenance fee must be paid immeadiately upon
agreement($680 total).
