Vacation Rental Description

Direct oceanfront 8th floor fully furnished end unit with breathtaking views. Condo has screened  
balcony access from the living room and master bedroom overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean.   
Master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom can be configured with a king size or two  
extra long twin beds.  Large living room area, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms and two baths make  
for a very enjoyable living space (1265 sq feet).  Community swimming pool, beach, clubhouse, and  
tennis courts are available for an active lifestyle.  Master bed room has large walk-in closet.   
Building is secured with key entry to pool, club house, private beach access, and his/her saunas. 
 
The living room and master bedroom both have high definition LCD televisions and cable DVR (digital  
video recorders).  High speed wireless internet service is included and may be accessed from all  
rooms including balcony.   
All utilities are included in the monthly rental fee.  Unit has clothes washer, dryer, dishwasher,  
treadmill, central heat and air conditioning.  Bed linens and bath towels are on-site and also  
available for convertible queen size sofa bed in living room.  Other small amenities include  
microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, hairdryer, iron/board, printer, and ceiling fans. New (June 2008)  
balcony furniture and beds. 
 
NO SMOKING allowed in condo unit!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Building has assigned indoor garage parking (one space) and unassigned parking outside for visitors  
and boats. Building is handicapped accessible with ramp and elevator.  The common areas adjacent to  
the pool offer a large gas grill for cooking, a convenient outside shower, and a clubhouse with full  
kitchen facilities including tables and chairs and a library. Also included in the clubhouse are his  
and her private showers, vanity and dressing areas with saunas.  Clubhouse may be reserved for  
private parties at no cost. 
 
Condominium association DOES NOT ALLOW RENTERS or VISITORS to HAVE PETS!

Vacation Rental Rates

Condo association does not allow weekly rentals - one month minimum! 
 
November – December 2008: $1,900 per month including utilities 
January - March 2009: Not Available (Leased) 
April 2009: $2,200 per month including utilities  
May – October 2009: $1,750 per month including utilities 
 
Rates subject to change until signing of lease agreement.
